Shipping & Delivery

• Faith Hope Love Boutique currently only takes orders and ships within the United States.
• Standard Shipping within the United States is FREE for orders Over $50.

• The Quick Ship Collection will currently be shipped within 3 business days as long as items are in stock.
• All made-to order items are printed just for you! Please allow up to 10 business days (usually much quicker) for us to process your order. Orders may take longer to fulfill during the holiday season.
• Expedited shipping doesn’t apply to order fulfillment which can take up to 10 days prior to shipment. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email so you can track shipment.
• We endeavor to ship all of your ordered items together. Each order is unique and some of your items may ship separately. Of course, you'll receive tracking info for all packages!
• Please Note: Faith Hope Love Boutique is NOT responsible for:

o Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
o Products marked delivered by the Post Office or UPS. You will need to contact your local Post Office or UPS to obtain information regarding your package.
o If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us at support@fhlboutique.com after the estimated delivery time has passed.
o All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
o It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address has been entered correctly. Faith Hope Love Boutique not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very limited time frame to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email to us at support@fhlboutique.com as soon as you place your order. We’ll do our best to make the change, however we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to do so.
