General Order Information and Policies:
- Other items in the product display pictures aren't sold or represented by FHL Boutique.
- Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after CHECKOUT!
- We will ONLY accept one coupon code per order.
- We will accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Defects or Problems with Your Order?
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact at support@fhlboutique.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
We aren’t responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted
Custom and personalized orders
At this time, we're not taking custom orders.
Shipping Questions:
When will my order ship out?
All orders are printed just for you – all products ship out in 5-7 business days (usually much quicker)! From there, you can track your order and it will be in your hands before you know it. During the holiday season, there may be shipping delays due to high order volume.
Will everything in my order ship together?
Maybe! It depends on the item, but just know your items may ship separately. Of course, you'll receive tracking info for all packages!
What are the Domestic Shipping costs?
- Purchases under $19.94 = $5.00 Standard Shipping
- Purchases under $34.49 = $3.95 Standard Shipping
- Purchases under $49.99 = $4.25 Standard Shipping
- Purchased under $74.99 = $5.50 Standard Shipping
- Purchases OVER $75.00 = FREE Standard Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently don’t accept international orders.
Apparel Questions:
Sizing details
Each item has a size chart - be sure to consult the chart before placing your order. Short sleeve tees are available in S-4XL and long sleeve tees are available in S-2XL, with a few exceptions.
Care instructions
Some apparel printed via DTG methods may have off-white residue and a slight odor due to the pre-treatment process during production. This is normal and will wash out after the first wash cycle.
To keep your apparel's design as beautiful as possible, we do recommend washing this garment inside out on the gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water. Use a mild detergent and wash with similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Are your shirts ethically made?
We are proud to say...YES! Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Tultex and American Apparel are made in sweatshop-free environments.
